A few months ago, I had an opportunity to speak to Broward County’s Judge Elijah Williams on servant leadership. One of my favorite quotes he said, “The thinking that has gotten us to where we are will be inefficient for solving the problems of where we are…if you want to make a difference…do something different.” I will never forget that.
