With a passion to provoke change in the world, Casandra “Coach Cass” Roache became a Life Coach. Over the last seven years, Coach Cass’ inspiring message of change has coached thousands through speaking engagements, television appearances, and features in national publications such as Woman’s Day and Black Enterprise magazine. President of her own company, InspireMany.com, Casandra equips female entrepreneurs, with the tools of accountability, planning, and support, to take the most difficult step, which is the first step in the direction of fulfilling their dreams.

In her audiobook, Invest in You, Casandra says “You have to believe in yourself, before anyone else can. It’s time to do something different and take the first step.” To help people take that step, Casandra is a host for the television show, Fiscally Fit, created to educate the South Florida Marketplace on a different way of thinking about their finances and budgeting. Casandra Roache received a Bachelor’s degree in Health Service Administration and a Master’s of Public Health from Florida International University (FIU).  Coach Cass, was born to Jamaican parents in New York City and currently resides in Hollywood, FL. Casandra is also a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Urban League of Broward County’s Young Professionals Network, and serves as the Vice President for FIU’s Black Alumni Association Board.
