Business Leaders Converge To Discuss The Growth & Development Of Black Business In South Florida “Partnering For Growth” 2014 S. Fl State Of The Black Business Forum
West Palm Beach, FL | August 15, 2014: August is National Black Business Month. To celebrate National Black Business Month, The Mosaic Group, along with several business and community partners will host the 5th Annual South Florida State of the Black Business Forum & Networking Reception this Friday, August 22, 2014 at the Renaissance Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale (1230 South Pine Island Rd, Plantation, Florida). The 2014 theme is “Partnering for Growth” and will feature 2 panels of experts sharing their insights and resources about the power of strategic partnerships and collaborations; mentor/protégé initiatives; growth industries including healthcare, technology, and tourism/hospitality; government contracting opportunities; and effective business growth strategies. The Forum will be followed by a Networking Reception & Expo. We are inviting the South Florida business community to attend and not miss out on valuable information, business opportunities, and networking with professionals from the Tri-County region.
The Mosaic Group will present Lia T. Gaines, Executive Director of Center for Enterprise Opportunity (CEO), Inc. with the prestigious Vanguard Award for her leadership, dedication, and advocacy for minority-owned businesses in South Florida. Ms. Gaines has supported the S. Florida State of the Black Business Forum since it began in 2010.
