This is an open invite to all c, so tell your friends! Link up with professionals in law, accounting, education, STEM, graphic and design, hospitality, and the list goes on! Get additional career development skills while building connections and relationships. Undergraduate (specifically juniors and seniors) and Graduate students from all of the South Florida Colleges and Universities should be in attendance to get mentors, inside scoop and resources how to successfully transition from student to professional.  ​​

Keynote Speaker: Jerome Hutchinson, Jr., is the President/CEO of ICABA™ Media Holdings, LLC, a South Florida based marketing and technology enterprise dedicated to connecting and activating accomplished black professionals and entrepreneurs. Hutchinson brings 23 plus years of broadcast and marketing experience to the ICABA™ brand. Before launching ICABA Media Group, LLC, in 2008, Hutchinson enjoyed a successful career as a radio broadcasting executive.  From 2002 through 2008, he served separate stints as General Sales Manager for three of the nation’s top five urban radio stations beginning with Houston’s KMJQ-FM, Majic 102, Atlanta’s WVEE-FM, V-103, and ended with Miami’s WEDR-FM, 99JAMZ.

“What If We Were United? Panelist will discuss the importance of acknowledging the different cultures within the black race as a means to improve as a whole and not divide. Furthermore, discuss how we can leverage our resources for the betterment of our community featuring Benjamin Evans, Managing Director of BMeCommunity.

Networking-Etiquette Lunch: This is no ordinary lunch! We will have an interactive lunch that will teach the fine points of business dining etiquette provided by Avenues of Excellence, Rose Hedgemond and all attendees will gain a significant advantage over the competition.
